Frequently asked questions from parents
Where exactly is my child picked up?
We pick a stop near your home, usually a couple of minutes’ walk. The bus arrives there at the agreed time, takes your child to school in the morning, and brings them back to the same stop after class. You see the exact pickup time in the app.
What vehicles do the children ride in?
It depends on how full the route is: anything from a car to an 18-seat minibus. If only two or three children share a route we send a car; for a group, a minibus. Either way there is a seatbelt on every seat and GPS on board.
How do I know my child boarded and arrived?
You get a push notification the moment they board and the moment they get off, both at school and at home. The app also shows the bus on the map in real time.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the distance to the school and the number of trips. We calculate it for your address for free after your request. It’s usually cheaper than a daily taxi. There’s a discount for a second and further child from the same family.
How safe is it?
Every driver passes record and violation checks, a medical exam and a daily health check. The buses have a seatbelt on every seat and GPS. Every trip is insured, and boarding and drop-off follow a verified list.
What if my child isn’t riding today?
Message the dispatcher in the app chat, and the driver won’t wait for them at the stop. You can warn us the same way if your child is being picked up in person today.
Can I sign up two children?
Yes. You can add several children with their ages in the request. If they go to the same school they ride together, and a discount applies to the second one.
